GCSE Maths Year 10 Tutor

Class sizes are flexible and not set to a specific number. For larger classes, additional instructors are present to ensure that each student receives the necessary assistance. Typically, we aim for a class size of around 15, much like a private school setting, before adding teaching assistants.

The program is structured to continue right up until your examinations – that is until June 2024 for Year 11 students and June 2025 for Year 10 students. It is designed around skill development rather than age or school year, to maximize effectiveness.

This program is appropriate for all the primary examination boards, such as AQA, Edexcel/Pearson, and OCR. Since the core content is about 90% identical across these boards, despite differences in question formats, we provide tailored resources to address these variations.

Learn with Jazz features a diverse team of educators, led by myself, Jasmine, as the Head Instructor. We assign different roles within the team to ensure a comprehensive learning experience, including group instruction and personalized feedback. Each member of our team is an expert specialist tutor with a minimum of five years of experience in tutoring, ensuring that our students receive the highest quality education.

The Maths Excellence Programme requires a minimum commitment of three months, as this period is essential for students to make significant progress. After the initial three months, students are encouraged to continue until their final exams, which allows for the development and refinement of their mathematical skills. If necessary, students have the option to pause or cancel after the initial commitment.

Our maths lessons are delivered live through Zoom, designed to be interactive so students can engage by typing their questions and responses in the chat. While students are encouraged to participate actively, using the camera is not compulsory—you can choose what's comfortable for you!
